Know what it takes to make sure every customer leaves our office with a smile and a great story to tell their friends? That’s not a rhetorical question, that’s who we’re looking for the position of Customer Service Manager. We want someone who can run our busy floor from managing the technicians working on repair, to interacting with customers, to handling pricing and payment, to rolling up his sleeves and getting elbow-deep into a rush repair job. • Ability to leave the office to perform on-site trouble-shooting, pickups, and deliveries for customers
  • Good oral and written communication is a must!
