Know what it takes to make sure every customer leaves our office with a smile and a great story to tell their friends? That’s not a rhetorical question, that’s who we’re looking for the position of Customer Service Manager. We want someone who can run our busy floor from managing the technicians working on repair, to interacting with customers, to handling pricing and payment, to rolling up his sleeves and getting elbow-deep into a rush repair job. Have a technical background to be able to provide initial diagnosis to the customers, be able to communicate problems to the techs, and be able to communicate solutions from the techs to the customers Be able to manage all aspects of running the repair shop, including interacting with customers by phone, email, and in person, setting priorities, managing technician work-flow, and manage general upkeep of the front-end of the shop

Friendly, outgoing, and up-beat personality. This is a customer service position first and foremost. You will be the initial point of contact between LaptopMD+ and our customers, so you need to be able to act as our ambassador to the world.
