To meet your needs, we offer 5 different service options for you to get your computer repaired: Walk-In Service, Pickup/Concierge Service, Business IT Support, Onsite Support, and Mail-In Service.
We’re available when you need us. When you bring your computer in, we won’t tell you that you’ll have to wait 3-4 days or your computer needs to be sent to an off-site repair facility – our repair facility is located on-site which means most repairs are available in 24-48 hours, if not same-day!We provide you with free estimates on your computer or laptop repair while you wait. When you leave our office you will know what you’re paying for and if you’re not happy with the price, we’ll still give you the full estimate/diagnosis for free and help you with advice to fix the problem without our help. Helping the customer, as quickly and efficiently as possible, is our number one goal.
